- Visit the properties that you have in your "cart" and be sure to list
Sir Lease-A-Lot as the referring agency on the Guest Card, Application and Lease.
Also be sure to list the agent's name that is assigned to you.
You can view the rebate offered by Sir Lease-A-Lot in the pricing table.
- Login to your account and report your lease. You will receive your rebate of up
to $100 at your new address.

Sir Lease-A-Lot is a relocation company offering a searchable database of San Antonio apartments, Dallas apartments, Fort Worth apartments, Austin apartments and Houston apartments while offering up to $100 back. We only ask that you simply meet the qualifications below to claim up your rebate.
- You must not have learned of the property before registering with Sir Lease-A-Lot.
- You must lease a property listed in our apartment locating database or a property referred to you by one of our licensed agents.
- You must list Sir Lease-A-Lot on the Guest Card and Rental Application.
- You must not be moving from a sister property.
- You must not be transferring (on-site transfer) from within the same property.
- You must sign at least a 12-month lease to be eligible for any rebate incentive offered by Sir Lease-A-Lot Apartment Locators.
- You must read and understand the Terms of Use.
- You must not break your lease.
- You must stay current on your rent.
- Your rental rate must be at least $600.00 (if less than $600.00 you will be eligible for a $50.00 rebate).
- Your rental rate is the effective average rent, including any specials.
Non-payment by property:
You understand that if the apartment community does not pay the referral fee based on the guidelines listed above or for any other reason, I will not be eligible for the rebate. You will receive your rebate after the property pays Sir Lease-A-Lot's commission fee.
