How long will my apartment search take?
You're only hours away from the perfect move
We can complete your apartment location process in a matter of a few hours or days. To make sure you make the best choice, you'll probably want to begin your search at least 2-4 weeks in advance. If you happen to find your perfect San Antonio apartment before you need to move, we'll help you negotiate a holding Security Deposit until you're ready. How do you get paid?
In all cases, we make our money from the apartment communities in the form of referrals. All we ask is that you list us as your referral source when you complete your apartment application. These communities pay us for making their life easier by introducing them to suitable tenants so that we can make your life easier at no charge!
